Tegamaccio recipe
Tegamaccio is a typical recipe of trasimeno lake . usually are used some type of fish , is a fast recipe.
Ingredients:
1 kg of fish
1 onion
Parsley q.b.
Oil q.b.
Salt q.b.
Pepper q.b.
Chili peppers q.b.
Tomatoes 1kg
Preparation:
1. clean the fish, then chop finely onion and parsley till be browned in a pan and then add fish heads
2. After 10 minutes, recover the residues from the heads and pass them to the passatutto together with the cooking sauce, then put them back in the pan with tomatoes, fish, pepper and chilli pepper, cook over very low heat. After about ten minutes we will serve hot.
