Ingredients

350 gr flour

150 gr sugar

50 gr butter

1 tablespoon of peanut oil

2 eggs

1 yolk

the zest of 1/2 untreated lemon

1/2 sachet of baking powder for desserts

jam quantity and taste to taste


To decorate

confetti

chocolate drops


Method

1) Distribute the flour, place the butter at room temperature, the oil, the sugar, the eggs, the yeast in the center and mix everything very quickly so as not to heat the dough too much and form a ball. To make the dough more elastic, wrap it with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about half an hour.


2) Take the dough again and divide it into two balls that will be stretched out with a rolling pin, to give the shape of the head and body to the "old" woman, and indulge yourself in creating all the details you want.


3) Fill with jam and decorate with sugar grains, sweetened almonds and chocolate chips, all to your liking.

Finally, bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes with a preheated oven. The "old woman" will be ready when she turns golden.
