CROSTINI UBRIACHI
TIPICA RICETTA TRADIZIONALE UMBRA
INGREDIENTS:
200g of toasted almands
200ml of alchermes
200ml of rum
150g of chocolate as sweet
150g of dark chocolate
4 cups of coffee
rusks or stale bread
PROCEDURE: mix the almonds in a part of sweet and bitter chocolate, adding alchermes and rum. We work well the ingredients, then we continue with the remaining chocolate. Finally we dress the coffee, continuing the end of the sauve dough.
