The students of Bar Service did a very interesting research about beer pairing, craft beers and microbreweries.

BIRRA NURSIA kindly shared by Laura - IV E
It is produced by the Benedictine monks of Norcia, in the monastery of San Benedetto in Monte, in Norcia.
The Monastero di San Benedetto in Monte is perched above the ancient town of Nursia, birthplace of St. Benedict, founder of Western monasticism.
The monastery produces two types of craft beer:
BIRRA NURSIA CHIARA and BIRRA NURSIA EXTRA.
Inaugurated in 2012, Birra Nursia is the monks’ way to live.
The monks started a business that exports beer to the USA and elsewhere.
Birra Nursia chiara:
Light, balanced and slightly bitter taste, with good persistence.
