Creamed maritozzini
Ingredients:
for the dough
200 ml milk
20 g brewer's yeast
60 g sugar
75 g sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 sachet of vanillin
550 g of flour
for the cream
250 ml milk
20 g corn starch
50 g sugar
1 vanillin sachet
200 ml fresh cream
Method:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk, put it in a bowl and add sugar, seed oil, and vanillin. Break the eggs and continue stirring; start adding the flour little by little, and once finished create a smooth mixture. Leave to rise for at least 2 hours. In the meantime, heat the milk, in a bowl add the sugar, corn starch, and vanillin; mix with a whisk. Once the milk is heated, add the powders and bring on the heat for about 5 min to thicken the mixture. Leave to cool completely.
When the cream has cooled, whip the cream and add it. After cooking the maritozzini, stuff them !!
