My Easter menu

Colomba salata


Serves 8-10 people


INGREDIENTS:


3 eggs

125 g plain yougurt

100 g milk

100 g peanut oil

300 g flour

1 bag baking powder

2 tbsp parmisan cheese

1 tbsp pecorino romano cheese

150 g provolone cheese

100 g ham

150 g salami

salt and pepper (pinches)


To decorate:

1 tbsp white egg

50 g almonds

salt


METHOD

1: In a bowl mix the eggs with a whisk. Add the yogurt, milk, oil. Add the flour, the sifted yeast and mix well.

2: Add the provolone and diced cold cuts leaving some aside for the final decoration. Also add the grated cheeses, seasoned with pepper and add just a pinch of salt. In a small bowl beat 1 tablespoon of egg white with a fork, add the almonds and mix well.


3: pour the mixture into a 750 g mold of dove or 22 cm. Put the salami and provolone on top, add the almonds, lightly salt the almonds with salt flakes or fine salt. Bake in a preheated oven with a static function at 180 ° for about 45 minutes, always test the toothpick first.

remove from the oven, it must come out dry. Leave to cool and serve.
