Easter Season opens the Blog project with recipes and preparations coming from family and/or traditional dishes and shows the important relation among food, history and territory.
The blog was born during the Covid-19 quarantine. Its aim is to keep students and teachers connected with an interdisciplinary project, Cooking Lab and English as L2.
The name "Cooks in Quarantine" was chosen by the students to remember this very special and unusual period of our lives.
Another important help to the Blog is given by the students of Hotel and Accomodation and Bar Service that enhance it with contents of Food&Wine Tasting and Tours.
